I am extremely enthusiastic about PR which includes creating a positive and memorable experience for the consumer. Whilst studying my Fashion Communication BA (Hons) Degree at Northumbria University I have developed and honed an excellent skill set with regard to Journalism, Social channels, Brand Promotion, Photography, Event Planning and Constructing Publications all which fall within the PR strategy.  Alongside my degree I have gained further industry knowledge within PR, Marketing and Retail. A success in my university projects granted me the opportunity to speak at Northern Sustainable Fashion Week along with the brand Fashion Revolution showcasing my work in their headquarters. All of these experiences have allowed me to develop into an intuitive, confident and charismatic person. I engage regularly with the public as part of my course, interests and part-time employment and believe that customer satisfaction and excellent customer service is of paramount importance to build and maintain brand affiliation.
